Carey Treadwell, President
Carey Treadwell, Class of 1987, lives in Memphis, TN and is a global supply chain executive with AIT Worldwide Logistics. His wife Michal (with no “E”) and four teenagers Meredith, Mac, Mary Margaret and Patrick keep him busy.
Jim Locke, Vice President
After being graduated from Lyman Ward, pursued a BA degree in economics at Auburn University. Left school after three years to work upon father's death. Began a technology career with Computer Services Corporation in Birmingham as a programmer, then moved to management with Armor Systems in Maitland, Florida. Took a year off to complete the undergraduate degree in 1989. Afterwards, spent five years leading a turnaround firm specializing in vertical market software companies. Launched knova.com, a software-as-a-service content management company in 1997 and exited in 2005. Became CEO of Sovereign Systems, a health care software company in 2006 and returned it to profitability. Became managing partner of Livermore Distributive Technologies, a firm established to distribute simulation technology developed at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratories, Livermore, California, from 2008 through 2013. Currently pursuing a PhD in Management Information Systems at Auburn. Education: Auburn University and Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Resides in Montgomery, Alabama, with Diane Weldon Locke, wife. Children are John (Auburn, '12) and Michael (UAB, '13).
Chuck Webber, Treasurer

Military Background: Computer Programmer, 1500 th Computer Services Squadron – HQ Military Airlift Command. Awarded the Air Force Commendation Medal for completion of the Search and Rescue Satellite Aided Tracking System (SARSAT/COSPAS).
Hobbies: Flying, auto racing, and paintball.

ANNE Pitts, Executive Director

Hometown: Dadeville, AL
Education: I worked for two years after Graduating from Dadeville High School, then attended Alexander City State Junior College for one year before continuing my working career. I worked at our local hospital in Dadeville for 19 years before coming to Lyman Ward and have been here since 1989.
Hobbies: include counted cross-stitch, following Dadeville Youth sports (of which I was a 35-year volunteer) and working with my High School class Reunion committee.
